Doings of Learned Stupidities

(Eruditarum Stultitiarum Acta) We've been doing this for more than five years, but we lost the first year or so of archives. Frightening...

Happy, Uplifting Things
There has been some sentiment that this blog should turn from war matters to happy and fun things like puppy dogs and random hookup sessions (maybe not), but it might be a good idea to leave the war to go idling by itself for a little while and focus on my life.

1. It's Lent. Lent is good. It always brings a nice dose of spiritual focus to my life.
2. I've been flirting a lot lately with attractive and slightly older women. Ancia Martia and I managed to scandalize the whole house last night with various ego-stroking gestures. It was fun and surprisingly sexy. I almost managed to get into conscious flirting mode on Saturday night, but my better judgment dragged me out of a certain party.
3. Somehow, Lent has made act more libertine. Isn't it ironic?
4. Been seeing a lot of Gemina lately, but the better I get to know her, the more I worry about the great awkwardness involved in asking her out.
5. I have no idea what I'm going to be doing this summer (though I'll find out fairly soon), but somehow I'm not worried.
6. Finals are coming! War is coming! John Marlan Poindexter is a convicted felon. We are deceived if we think that anything is right with the world.
